UBS bumps ECB rate cut forecast to September from July previously

Their call last week was subject to US-EU trade talks, so they’re now abandoning their forecast for a July rate cut. The change fits with market expectations, as traders are pricing in ~97% odds of no change at the policy meeting next week. In total, traders are only pricing in ~20 bps of rate cuts by year-end at the moment.
