Pres. Trump will be visiting the Federal Reserve today – or at least the building. Details are sketchy. Will he meet with Powell there? Will he meet with the construction manager? Is he just there to look.
It is hard not to imagine that the Pres. is looking for that “gotcha” photo-op to further sway his cause to pressure the Fed Chair to resign (even though he declines he will fire Powell).
