Now a report from Al-Mayadeen — a Beirut-based, pan-Arab satellite news channel — says there is information that JD Vance and CIA director John Ratcliff are trying to remove Netanyahu from the American decision-making circle.
Meanwhile, a separate report cites a political-security source told Al Mayadeen that Marco Rubio is coordinating with Benjamin Netanyahu, and his team is advocating for adopting a “major military strike” as the only way to end the war.
I have a hard time believing these outlets have any real sources but it’s something that’s out there.
In the last hour, some of the angst in markets has faded with oil down to $93.88 from a high of $94.84. There don’t seem to be any headlines driving that move and it coincides with a bounce across risk assets ahead of the US equity open.
