That’s a real bummer as German retail sales once again comes in with a big miss on estimates. Of note, sales in the food retail sector fell by 1.8% compared to June. Meanwhile, non-food retail sector sales also declined by 0.7% on the month. But compared to the same month last year, retail sales are at least seen up 1.9%.
