You can’t not chuckle at the phrasing there in which they said that they are still working towards sealing some form of agreement by 9 July, which is just two more days from now. Both sides have not made much of any progress in talks over the last three months, nor the urgency really. So, for that to change in a week would be something. I doubt it though. Perhaps I’d end up being wrong but we’ll see what this “good progress” really means soon enough.
