It’s one of the few odd ones that we see the bond market closed while the stock market is open. It is a federal holiday in observance of Veterans Day and so federal offices that are not impacted by the shutdown will also be closed today. But for markets, that at least continues to keep the focus on risk trades and equities after the bustling start to the new week.
