Canada’s Carney: Pressed on jobs data said wage growth now outpacing CPI growth

PM Carney speaking on the job data released this morning said:

Wage growth now outpacing CPI growth

The average hourly wages increase by 3.5% versus 3.2% month. However looking at the chart still near the lows going back to the pandemic.

Carney also weighed in on Israelis intention to occupy all of Gaza saying:

Israel plan to occupy all of Gaza is wrongSays Israel plan would put the lives of the the hostages at greater risk.
