This follows from the continued gains last week, with the optimism also flowing through in Wall Street late Friday. All eyes are on US-China trade talks in London today but there’s no details yet on what time the meeting will begin. The fact China is offering up a bit of goodwill is a positive sign, at least in the run up to this. But in the bigger picture, it remains to be seen if both sides can strike a major compromise.
